US contract win

DATONG PLC (DTE.L), the designer and manufacturer of advanced high performance intelligence gathering equipment, today announces that it has won a $1.2 million order to supply tracking and location technology to the US defence sector.

Although this order had previously been anticipated and reflected in management's expectations for this financial period, it is the largest single order won by the Group in the US for more than 18 months and represents an important step in the performance recovery for the Americas market.
